Leo Holt grew up and lived most of his life in California. At an early age he developed a relationship with Christ. In his college years, Leo went to Fresno State University where he grew and served in Campus Crusade for Christ. There, he developed a heart for the lost and a desire to disciple others in their faith.
Following graduation in 1991, Leo spent 5 years in San Diego sharing the love of Christ to American and international college students through the Christian organization, Campus Crusade for Christ. During that time, Leo met the love of his life, Tiffany, and married in 1994. In 1995, Leo and Tiffany moved to Long Beach, CA where Leo attended Talbot School of Theology and earned a Masters of Divinity in Pastoral Ministry in 2002. During this time, Leo and Tiffany’s family expanded with the addition of their three sons.
While Leo attended seminary, he was able to serve as an assistant pastor at Calvary Baptist in Compton, CA and then Livingstone Church in Long Beach, CA. Following his graduation from Talbot, Leo served as a school teacher and chaplain at Optimal Christian Academy in Compton.
After 13 years in Long Beach, in 2007, the Lord led the Holt family to Casa Grande, AZ. There, Leo and Tiffany began to teach in Eloy Elementary School District in 2008 and began attending Calvary Chapel in Casa Grande. At this time Leo began to grow deeper in his walk with the Lord where Leo was called to develop a convalescent ministry, for a season worked with youth, and finally, served as pastor of small groups.
Over the years Leo had a burden for Eloy as he taught in the community. In 2021, Leo was called to Eloy, AZ to plant Enduring Faith Fellowship. Currently, he serves as pastor and Tiffany heads the Women’s Ministry
